Notes for the feedback conversation with team member X (October 2026)
- Monthly report delivered late three times: 6 October (due 2 October), 15 October (due 13 October), 30 October (due 27 October).
- Presentation to the client Omega on 22 October: excellent, the client wrote to say thank you.
- Says little in meetings.
- Seems unmotivated to me, maybe no longer interested in the job.
- Asked in September to go on an advanced Excel course; we have not replied yet.
