CUSTOMER REQUEST (email of 3 November 2026, Plas Llyn Hotel, 40 rooms)
Good morning, we need a new website (5 pages, in English and Welsh), social media management for 6 months and a photo shoot of the hotel. Our budget is £9,000 plus VAT. We would need everything live by 15 March, before the season starts. Could you give us a 15% discount? Do you also offer an integrated online booking system?

AGENCY INTERNAL PRICE LIST (2026, prices excluding VAT)
- Brochure website up to 5 pages, one language: £3,800. Each additional language: +£900.
- Social media management, 2 channels, 12 posts a month: £650 a month, minimum 6 months.
- Photo shoot of the premises (half a day, 30 photos): £1,200.
- Timing: website 8 weeks from signature and delivery of the copy.
- Maximum discount for packages of three services: 10%. Higher discounts only with approval from the directors.
- Online booking: we do not build it; we can connect the system the customer already uses.
