Notes from the Year 9 progress review meeting for form 9B (fictional), 4 November 2026, 15:00-16:30
All teachers present except Ms Rowe (apologies). Chaired by the head of year, Ms Norris.
- General picture: the class takes part well, widespread difficulties in maths.
- Proposal from Mr Gale: maths catch-up sessions in January, 10 hours. Agreed to ask the headteacher whether there is budget for it; nothing decided on the timetable.
- Unanimously approved: the museum visit on 12 March.
- Pupil S07: the family has handed in an assessment report diagnosing dyslexia; the SENCO will set up SEN support and the pupil's support plan by 30 November.
- Pupil S12: many absences in October; the head of year will contact the family.
- Next meeting: December, date to be confirmed.
